Radical pro-abortion activists illegally protest outside Justice Kavanaugh’s house, polluting his Christian faith

Abortion activists protested again in front of the home of US judge Brett Kavanaugh on Wednesday, even though federal law prohibits harassment.

Since May, frontline host Drew Hernandez covered the protest, one of many, when a leaked draft ruling showed the US Supreme Court overthrows Roe v. Wade. A few days after the leak, the pro-abortion group Ruth Sent Us published the home addresses of the judges who, in the draft, agreed to overthrow Roe.

According to Frontlines, a small group of pro-abortion protesters marched on the sidewalk outside the judge’s house, calling him a “Christo fascist” and a “liar.” Kavanaugh is Catholic.

A video shows police officers walking around the house as abortion activists pass by, beating drums and singing. One carried a flag that read, “No justice, no peace.” Others held placards that read “Keep your religion out of my vagina” and “Liars.”

Federal law prohibits protests outside the homes of judges, witnesses, jurors, and court officials; such actions are considered harassment and interference with the justice system.

However, Republican leaders say the Biden administration and US Attorney General Merrick Garland are doing nothing to stop them — even after Kavanaugh was the target of an assassination attempt and two of the judges’ young children were targeted in messages online.

Earlier this month, an alleged hitman with a gun was arrested outside Kavanaugh’s home. The man is said to have told police that he had bought a gun, had driven across the country, and planned to kill the judge for his abortion stance.

According to Axios, a Department of Homeland Security report in May warned that radical abortion activists are threatening to set fire to or storm the Supreme Court building and kill judges and their clerks if the court overthrows Roe. The report indicates that these pro-abortion extremists also plan to attack churches and other places of worship.

The FBI announced an investigation into pro-abortion violence last week, and Republican leaders are urging the Justice Department to do the same.

Dozens of churches, pro-life organizations, and individuals have been the target of arson, vandalism, assault, threats, and harassment since the leak, and US Marshals have provided additional security to judges.

LifeNews has kept up with the growing hostility and has listed more than 60 incidents since the leak. Find the list here.

Since Roe in 1973, more than 63 million unborn babies and hundreds of mothers have died in supposedly “safe” legal abortions. If the court overturns the infamous abortion decision, states may once again protect unborn babies from abortion, and the Guttmacher Institute predicts as many as 26 wills.

The Supreme Court is expected to make its final ruling daily on the Mississippi abortion case, Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health.
