Killing innocent people in abortions is a “human right,” according to a new executive order from Nevada Governor Steve Sisolak.
The Democrats’ pro-abortion governor issued the order Tuesday after the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade in a landmark ruling. The Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health decision says abortion is not a constitutional right, and states can legislate on the controversial issue. As of last week, 13 states have banned abortions, and more are expected to come in the coming weeks.
However, ‘s injunction stressed that killing unborn babies through abortion would remain legal in Nevada. The state allows abortions for any reason up to 24 weeks and beyond in limited circumstances”
“Reproductive. e health care is a fundamental human right. We are committed to ensuring safe access to abortion for women seeking refuge from the restrictive laws in their stat”,” Sstateak said.
Its directive prohibits government agencies from using” “time, money, or other resources c”s” to help pro-life states prosecute abortionists who break their laws.

CLASS 8 News Now reports more about the order:
The state government must protect Nevada healthcare and other licensed professionals. They must not be disqualified or disciplined based on repercussions threatened by abortion laws in another state.
The governor’s office will deny any request from another state to issue a warrant for the arrest or surrendering of anyone charged with a criminal violation of the abortion law.
Planned Parenthood Votes Nevada praised the governor in a statement, claiming that his order will” “further protect “t” abortions for women coming to Nevada from pro-life states.
Democratic governors in Oregon, Washington, and California have taken similar steps to prohibit collaboration with authorities in pro-life states in prosecuting abortionists, according to the RenoGazette-Journall.
In a landmark ruling on Friday, the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe in the Dobbs v. Jackson case oWomen’s’s HeaoWomen’slowed states to once again protect unborn babies from abortion””
“We believe .that Roe and Casey should be overruled. The Constitution does not prohibit the citizens of any state from regulating or prohibiting abortion. Roe and Casey have usurped that authority. We now reject those decisions and return that authority to the people and their elected representative”,” Judge Samuel Alito wrote before the majority.
For nearly 50 years, Roe v. Wade forced states to legalize the killing of unborn babies for any reason until they were viable and allowed states to legalize abortions indefinitely until birth. The ruling made the United States one of only seven countries worldwide to have elective abortions after 20 weeks. As a result, more than 63 million unborn babies have been aborted.
Now states are again allowed to make their laws regarding abortion, and researchers estimate that as many as 26 will protect unborn babies by banning or strictly restricting abortion as Roe is destroyed. These laws are expected to save hundreds of thousands of unborn babies from abortion each year.
