Democrats, media urged leftists to attack judges in their homes before Kavanaugh assassination attempt

For more than a month, the liberal media has been cheering liberal extremists who obscured the home addresses of all conservative Supreme Court justices and marched to their homes to intimidate them after a leaked draft decision to overthrow Roe v. Wade went public. This shared hostility and calls to action led to the attempted murder of Judge Brett Kavanaugh Wednesday morning. So it’s worth looking back at some of those who were good at throwing civility away.

Early last month, Imani Gandy, editor-in-chief of Law & Policy, appeared on CNN Newsroom on the afternoon of May 3, declaring, “I hope there will be a national uprising, but I’m afraid the stomach isn’t there for that.” That only got a “hmm” from host Victor Blackwell at the time

A few days later (May 9), Laura Jarrett, the host of CNN’s Early Start and the daughter of former Obama adviser Valerie Jarrett, was on CNN’s New Day, where she and host John Avlon investigated those who had their sights on Kavanaugh’s house. :

AVLON: The real questions and conversations today about protests outside the homes of the Supreme Court, especially Justice Kavanaugh. Where do you think that line is?

JARRETT: For many people, a conversation about civility misses the mark when constitutional rights you thought you had for over 50 years are about to be destroyed.

Fortunately, the aspiring assassin never got close enough to test how good he could be, thanks to the US Marshals who intercepted him at the residence. What an unfortunate use of words for Jarrett.

Next up, we have the ladies from The View (May 10), who were excited to let people know where the Conservative judges live and wait for them to come out. “But it also shows Alito what it feels like to lose your freedom of choice. He cannot leave the house easily. So maybe that’s a good lesson for them,” Behar declared to thunderous applause from the radical liberal audience.

The only person to step on the brakes was Republican guest host Alyssa Farah Griffin, who showed a “call to arms” statement from the Democratic mayor of Chicago, Lori Lightfoot. “I would like to mention one thing, the language and the rhetoric is important,” she said.

Griffin was also concerned about things going too far, and co-host Whoopi Goldberg seemed to suggest things would be even:

GRIFFIN: I’m afraid it might look like intimidation when it’s on the doorstep. I am someone –

GOLDBERG: It’s so funny. The same goes for what Alito wrote. Seems the same to me. It looks like intimidation. And yes, it’s kind of the same.

Last month (May 19), bitter “comedian” Samantha Bee angrily exclaimed: “Excuse me, but may I, in my civil way possible, humbly request that you [beep] the [bleep] from? How dare Republicans demand civility when they take away our civil rights?”

She went on to demand that Republican Senator Susan Collins of Maine and Conservative Judge Amy Comey Barret should not feel safe in their homes:

If Susan Collins gets a sidewalk full of bubble-letter chalk, she’s not the victim. When a bunch of roaming maidservants visits Amy Coney Barrett’s sticky-ass McMansion, she’s not the victim. The real victims of this atrocity of a court order will be the people living in the more than 20 states that would ban abortion after Roe was overthrown.

And let’s not forget how in 2020, we got CNN’s Chris “Fredo” Cuomo (who has since been fired for lying to the company) seriously arguing that protests didn’t have to be peaceful. “And please show me where it says protesters should be polite and peaceful,” he sneered at naysayers.

So here we are… with a liberal media rejecting peaceful protests and promoting assaulting judges in their homes… and attempted murder that has been arrested.
